Catsmo Artisan Smokehouse

Located in the Hudson Valley of New York, Catsmo Artisan Smokehouse has been smoking salmon for over 20 years. The salmon we use is always fresh and never frozen, giving it a uniquely silky texture, deep orange color. The salmon is smoked on fruit or oak wood, depending on the flavor. Working in conjunction with Catsmo since 2012, Solex is proud to offer one of the few producers of fresh smoked salmon on the market!

Kriemhild “Dairy Farms, pronounced cream-hil-d, comes from the name of the original Holstein herd of holstein-friesian cattle that were born, raised and registered in the United States. This particular herd holds a unique value as our farm is located just a few short miles from Peterboro, NY, where the herd resided in 1929, raised by Gerrit Smith Miller, grandson of the famous abolitionist, Gerrit Miller. While we are not focused on breeds and enjoy the diversity of a mixed breed herd, we recognize the importance of history and the path that was paved to make this area the beautiful and viable dairy country that exists today.

Without investment in agriculture, Afghan farmers have little prospects with shrinking land allotments – making them susceptible to the Taliban. Rumi Spice strives to change this dynamic. We provide Afghan farmers with a direct market to produce and sell saffron globally.



We are a small family-owned business of about 100 people that has worked and dedicated itself to the canned fish industry for generations. After five generations and a history of almost 150 years, Yurrita is the oldest canning company in the Basque Country and one of the oldest agri-food industries in operation in Spain.
